Marta Kubiszyn - Maria Curie-Skłodowska University, Lublin

Dr. hab., is an Associated Professor at the Center for Jewish Studies in the Department of Cultural Studies at Maria Curie-Skłodowska University in Lublin. Her academic research focuses on the role of visual and oral sources in the processes of constructing of the past, Holocaust commemoration and education. Her publications include "Niepamięć, postpamięć, współpamięć. Zagłada lubelskich Żydów jako przedmiot kultury pamięci" (Non-memory – Post-memory – Co-Memory. The Holocaust of Lublin’s Jews as a Subject of Memory Culture) (Lublin 2019), "Multicultural education in the local environment. Theoretical and empirical study on the example of the “Grodzka Gate – NN Theater” Center in Lublin" (2007), as well as articles on oral history, photography, memory activism and educational work.
